Niemand macht mich richtig schlau,
geht’s ums Einkommen der Frau.
Und stellt man eine Forderung,
sorgt dies stets für Verwunderung.

Die Frau ist tüchtig, wie der Mann,
die Frau stellt sich stets fleissig an.
Die Frau hat vielfach auch studiert,
die Frau wird gerne präsentiert.
Die Frau zeigt Ehrgeiz, bringt sich ein,
sie will zu Recht gleichwertig sein!

Warum geringer dann ihr Lohn?
Und das beharrlich, immer schon?
Das soll uns ernsthaft wer erklären,
wir lassen gerne uns belehren.

An dem, dass Frauen Kinder kriegen,
kann die Bewertung doch nicht liegen!
Auch wenn dies stets im Raume steht,
wenn es um die Entlohnung geht.

Nein, offen wird dies nicht gesagt!
Es wird nur hinterrücks beklagt.
