Der Kirche geh‘n die Priester aus!
Vereinsamt steht manch Gotteshaus.
Es flackert schwach das „ewige Licht“,
auch Kirchenglocken hört man nicht.

Will keiner sich mehr Gott verdingen,
uns seine Botschaft nahe bringen?
Kann jemand mir die Gründe nennen,
dass es so schwer ist, zu erkennen,
dass es das kirchliche „Diktat“,
uns auch bekannt als Zölibat!

Hier wäre wohl der Papst gefragt,
der gottgewollt ein Machtwort sagt,
vom hohen Klerus angeregt,
den Zölibat zu Grabe trägt!
